We have represented individual doctors and medical groups in the preparation and review of contract documents that are specific to the area of a professional medical practice, including but not limited to Physician, Hospital, Medical Clinic and Joint Venture Agreements.
We have successfully represented Doctors and Medical Corporations in connection with Medicare and Medi-Cal Billing Disputes, and have represented individual doctors before the Medical Quality Assurance Board. |
